| yung sa vid na n Up ni jhogs adobe after effects yan.. wala sa web yan pero pwede mo yang mabile na craked na.. kung saan meron mga pirated na cd meron yan.. and for filming. wala ako nakapag film ng maayos kulang pa ang set up pero ang gamit ko as of now; camera: cannon XH-A1 HD video cam shoots 60fps in 1080p best for fingerboard vids. ( frames per second determines the frames you take per second i.e more FPS more fun lens: standard lens ( ok din ang fish eye pero pas prefer ko ang standard lens video editor: adobe after effects ( this software is really Epic for slow-mo's and every effect know, this is what the pro's use ) rig: ( hiram lang sa barkada/ Filmer namin ^_^ ) glide cam rid lang akin good for running or just plain every shot when yo are standing. it eliminates the shake you get when you film while walking and or running | |

| Practice the rule of thirds - pinaka-importante, mag-focus lang lagi sa subject, walang gaano excess na space, much better, di na importante kasama mukha, makikilala naman kayo sa gamit niyong nickname eh, hehehe...
Use a tripod - steady shot, mas maayos, ung "hose pipe method" o "chase method", ok to sa mga merong fisheye lens, so tripod talaga pinaka-best, hehe...
Be aware of external/unnecessary sounds - minsan di ito napapansin, maririnig niyo na lang kapag mag-edit na kayo ng video niyo, may mga unnecessary sounds, for me, masarap marinig ung roll ng wheels at ung pop ng deck without hearing other sounds...
Look before you shoot - silipin niyo sa viewfinder ng camera niyo kung oks na ung pwesto ng camera, or make a test shoot para ma-visualize agad ang magiging resulta ng every shoot...
Camera angle - depende sa taste, mas oks ung ka-level ng subject, or mas mataas ng kaonte, or depende sa inyo, kung dramatic ung trip niyo, pero dapat wag kalimutan ung rule of thirds at focus sa subject...
Don't count on fixing "it" later - hindi lahat ng na-shoot niyo eh nagagawan ng paraan sa editing, so dapat sa pag-shoot pa lang satisfied na kaagad kayo...
Keep in mind the capabilities of the final destination for your video - lahat ng shoot naten sa fingerboard, isipin niyo na sa maliit na monitor/screen lang naten makikita, di kailangan ng magagandang camera para makapag-shoot, ang importante, mas kita ung detalye mas ok, rule of thirds pa din, iwasan ang excess space sa pag-shoot, wag na ipakita ung mukha, o ung malaking flatscreen na tv sa likod, o ung nakapark na murcielago na kotse, o ung helicopter na gamit ng erpat niyo, o ung arowana na isda na kasing laki na ng pating, basta ung mga kalat sa bahay pede na, ahahaha!...
Use zoom as little as possible - so far, wala naman nagso-zoom while filming sa mga fingerboard video, in case lang, wag niyo na'to i-attempt, hehe...
so un, pede na ba yan? hehehe, gudlak on filming, wag lang scandal, haha! | |

| For filming, like most other filmers... you need to choose your priority. "SUBJECT", kung baga sa sentence, ito ang improtante, then kailangan mo ng "VERB" to determine the action of the subject, parang fingerboard, FB and subject, ung trick ang verb, now, to highlight it, kailangan ng "ADJECTIVE", un ay ung angulo, light variances, shot invariables. For example, kung ang video mo ay flatland tricks, mostly kick/heel flips, your focus is the deck fliping but, you need to consider the angle plus the lighting, this is to further highlight the trick, tulad ng ginawa ni Andrew King, ung deck niya ay against the light of the sun, which illuminated more details when filmed plus, the fingerboard was clear and vivid, as in slowmo fingerboard in action. Napaka simple lang ng tips ng filming... para din yang photography... you dont take pictures out of just taking them... so sa videos ganun din.. i saw some local FB vids and it was taken very good, not with a highend camera but because of the angle and highlights and the most important, the message you want to imply with your video.... galing nman talga mga pinoy eh, kulang lang talga tayo sa gamit, anyways,, more power sa lahat..... | |

| My tip is yung lighting, wag mong i direkta sa obstacle o board, i-face mo sa mga walls at ceiling para magb-bounce yung lighting at parang mas "soft" yung lighting. | |
